noProbs removes photos from the equation entirely. Instead of a grid of selfies, every member is represented by an illustrated character, and our algorithm suggests people based on what you have in common — your interests, the activities you want to do, and the personality signals in your profile. You read a bio, see shared interests, and start a conversation; attraction gets a chance to grow out of who someone is rather than how they photograph. Faces stay hidden until both of you decide otherwise: the staged trust-reveal lets a match exchange a personal secret, then voice messages, and finally — only if you both choose — a real photo. Nothing is ever shown publicly, and nobody can browse your picture. It feels closer to meeting someone through friends than to swiping through a catalogue.

Personality-first means the things that actually predict a good conversation come first: shared interests, values, humour and the way you write — not a profile photo. When you join, you tell us what you're into and how you want to spend your time; matching weighs those signals heavily, and rarer shared interests count for more than generic ones, so an unusual hobby you have in common matters more than both of you liking 'music'. Because there are no photos to judge, first impressions happen in chat, where compatibility is decided by what you say. Conversations start deeper and small talk dies faster when nobody is performing for a camera. Looks eventually enter the picture — but only after a real connection exists, through the mutual reveal feature, when both people are ready.

When you sign up you pick one of 20 illustrated characters as your visual identity — it's your face in the deck, in chats and in activities. Characters keep the playing field level: nobody gets swiped away for a photo, and nobody has to curate a gallery of their best angles. Your character appears alongside your bio and interests, so people still get a strong sense of who you are; it's your personality wearing a costume, not a mask that hides everything. When a conversation turns into something real, the trust-reveal feature lets the two of you unlock more of each other step by step — a personal secret, your voice, and eventually a real photo. Always mutual, always your choice.

Not directly. Our algorithm picks matches for you based on personality compatibility, so you don't filter through profiles the way you would on a traditional app. That's the whole point: the matches you get are the ones we think will actually click, often in ways you wouldn't have predicted. You can also meet people sideways: activities let you join group events around shared interests, so a match isn't the only door into a conversation. And if a suggested match isn't for you, just pass — the algorithm learns from what you do and keeps adjusting.
